Dried Turkish apricots are naturally sweet, soft, and chewy, with a vibrant orange to golden-brown color depending on the drying process. Known worldwide for their superior taste and quality, they are made from fully ripe fresh apricots that are carefully sun-dried or oven-dried to preserve flavor and nutrients. They can be sulphured (to retain bright orange color) or unsculptured (darker brown, with a more natural taste).
